ABOUT Our Commitment

Our Commitments

Banjaxed and the Net Zero future

Founded by Texans, with roots going back centuries, our impact efforts aren't just about numbers. We want our children, and our children's children, to be able to enjoy the land ecosystems that have sustained us and our ancestors. Conservation and protection of natural resources is an investment in the future.

Without businesses reaching low carbon goals and embracing responsible stewardship, we won't be able to fish in Matagorda Bay, watch the stars in Fort Davis, swim in Hill Country springs, ethically hunt and harvest Texas Whitetail, or breathe clean air in fields of Bluebonnet.

Our business policies reflect this philosophy. Not only do we embrace a hybrid office that reduces our emissions footprint, we are a paperless office that integrates energy efficient technologies, we work every day to help our clients do the same.

Meet the leadership

Drew Mur Headshot Illustration

Drew Murr

Founder & CTO

Drew’s life has been a road-trip less traveled. Looking for challenges, he left college, went into real estate, then joined the Army, and from there went into oil and gas. He didn’t want to be away from his wife and kids for long stretches, he taught himself to code while working in the field. After creating a novel rig sensor data analytics program, he built a custom B2B SaaS app called Client Connect. This is where he met the team that would later form Banjaxed Solutions. When not leading innovative Software-and-a-Service solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, Drew spends time with his family, reads, listens to podcasts voraciously, and wakes up early in the mornings to exercise and think. He explains, “I come to work every day for our employees and clients, the employees of our clients, and the clients of our clients. I love that we are a force multiplier for the economy, serving individuals in every aspect of society”.

Tyler Stillwell Headshot Illustration

Tyler Stillwell

Founder & CEO

Tyler is a proud Fightin’ Texas Aggie who likes small words and lots of zeros. He spent his early professional years in the trenches of customer service, product ownership, and service automations. After nearly a decade working in the legal support space, Tyler took an entrepreneurial leap and tackled this wacky ride of start-up life, with some help from a certain law firm in Louisiana. He deeply values relationships and has a people-first approach both personally and professionally. At Banjaxed, Tyler is responsible for business development and building strategic partnerships wherever he goes. Tyler is passionate about “building crazy things with the people he loves” and wants to “create an environment where people are excited to work and grow professionally every day by solving problems in ways that serve and help others”. You can also find him at his family tailgate during every A&M game. He enjoys investing time with his church, and pursuing his health goals by putting around the golf course, training for half marathons, and working out at the local crossfit gym.

Salil Puri Headshot Illustration

Salil Puri

Chief Operations Officer

Salil, much to the chagrin of Tyler and the other Aggies at Banjaxed, is a Longhorn, by way of New Orleans. He spent his formative years working in tech startups in Austin before joining the Army. After being shot at and blown up, he has spent time consulting with hedge funds, VC, and other startups, which is how he wound up in College Station working with us. Outside of work, Salil likes to travel, and often visits Austin, San Francisco, and New Orleans, where he spends time, well, working. He chose Banjaxed because he “wants to work for a company that invests in people, and to work with people who want to work for a company that invests in people.” It had nothing to do with the fact that the investors promised him corporate box seats at the Superdome whenever he wanted.

Svet Voloshin, MA

Certified Technical Architect

Svet is a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (a distinction held by fewer than 500 professionals globally), with a decade of experience in the ecosystem. He started as an administrator before realizing that deep architectural strategy was where he could have the most impact, and has since built his career around enterprise-level architecture and integration strategy. Svet approaches every engagement by understanding the problem first and bringing the technical solution second, with a focus on designs that are effective and maintainable for the long haul. He mentors aspiring architects and contributes to the Salesforce community through content, discussions, and networking. Outside of work, Svet is a cyclist, motorcyclist, and lifelong learner who enjoys staying current on tech trends, continually expanding his skill set across platforms, and spending time with his family.

Josh Poletti

Certified Data Architect

Josh joined Banjaxed as a data engineer, using his experience managing teams and unifying data sources from his former life as a digital marketing agency owner. A turning point for him was realizing that data engineering is the backbone of how modern organizations operate, which was when data engineering stopped being a career interest and became his worldview. He believes great architecture starts with shared understanding between client and architect, and that everything else flows from there. The projects he's proudest of are the ones that were hardest to solve, and he finds fulfillment in knowing the impact on a client's operations will be felt long after the project is over. Outside of work, Josh finds joy in making people laugh and inspiring them out of their comfort zones. He performs improv comedy, plays synthesizer, and designs custom sounds he describes as "musical data engineering."

Nikki Restivo, MBA

Certified Application Architect

Nikki started her career in hospitality before COVID prompted her to pivot to something more meaningful to her. A friend suggested Salesforce, and she never looked back, earning six certifications in her first eight months. Today, she holds 15 certifications and an MBA, but what energizes her most is turning chaotic business challenges into solutions that make people's lives easier and growing alongside a team that is as eager to learn and problem-solve as she is. Her approach is rooted in a childhood curiosity about how things work, spent taking apart computers with her dad and asking why. For Nikki, great architecture is about the people on the other side of the tech. Outside of work, she reads fiction, travels, and is a language enthusiast who is fluent in Spanish, conversational in French and Italian, and knows just enough Russian to break the ice.
